Upgrade to WordPress 2.9.1 Now

WordPress version 2.9.1 is now available. This update fixes some small issues in the code to make the WordPress installation more efficient. Two major bugs that WordPress 2.9.1 release fixes are,

• The missed scheduled post problem where a scheduled post was not published.
• Improper handling of pinbacks.

Both the above issues were because of incompatibilities of code with some web hosts. However the issue has been resolved now and everything should work fine with WordPress 2.9.1.

You can either download WordPress 2.9.1 to upgrade manually, or you can upgrade automatically from dashboard using, Tools -> Upgrade.
