How To Password Protect a WordPress Post

Do you want to password protect some posts on your WordPress blog? Its really easy to do as WordPress has built in password protection for posts. Here’s the procedure,

1. One you have finished writing your post that you want to protect, click to Edit the Visibility settings (see image). Then click on the radio button that says, Password Protected, and enter the password you like. Then click on Publish button.

That’s it. Now, if someone checks the protected post, the following will be displayed,

Thus the visitor has to know the password to see the actual post.
